I was 147. Last year i put on about 20-25lbs due to stress and depression. Right now i am at 132.

I work out for 45min - 1hr.
i run hard for 5min, then do 3reps of weight training on the machines and crunches. I do arms, abs, thighs, butt, triceps, and butt machines. I do that 3x - run, machines, run, machines, run, machines.
Then I jog 1mile home from the gym. I also jog 1mile from my bus stop to my office on the 2days i don’t hit the gym.
I stopped eating bread, cheese, and junk food, and fried food during the week. I save that for the weekends. it was incredibly hard for the first month because i love junk food!
I eat only fist sized portions and intake about 1300-1500 calories per day. Most of it os protein and fruits/veggies. All of my junkfood and drinking is done on the weekend.

No actually, it is not. I was 147lbs months ago which is overweight for my age and height. 132lbs, which is what I am now, is on the higher end. 110lbs is the very bottom of my weight group and I am trying to get back to 115-118.
